JAY PHIPPS
Jay was born and raised in Moville, graduating from Woodbury Central in 1999. He attending Simpson College in Des Moines, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in 2003. Jay then attended the University of South Dakota, receiving his J.D. In 2006. Upon graduation, Jay moved back to his hometown and has been practicing with Phipps Law ever since. Jay has attended numerous continuing legal education classes to better serve his clients needs. Jay’s practice focuses primarily on Estate planning and Probate matters, Personal Injury litigation and Business Law. Jay has a wide range of knowledge on areas of the law which affect his client base. Jay consistently receives referrals for cases from other attorneys due to his high reputation among his peers. Jay enjoys any time away from work spending it with his wife Jessie and boys Logan and Parker. PATRICK PHIPPS
Pat has been practicing law since graduating from Creighton Law in 1982. Pat was a member of the Creighton Law Review and graduated with Honors. Pat is licensed to practice law in both state and federal court in Iowa and Nebraska. Pat is a member of the Iowa Associate of Justice, Woodbury County Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.
